Permits the Department of Health to disclose confidential information regarding reportable diseases when necessary to provide medical care or prevent disease transmission. Identifies the persons or entities that may receive such information (e.g., physicians providing medical care, federal public health agencies, people that have had contact with infected persons, etc.).
