Disclosure of data in central repository to certain persons and entities.
Identifies the nine circumstances in which the Board of Pharmacy may disclose data from the prescription drug monitoring repository. These circumstances include disclosures to prescribers and dispensers to facilitate medical care, individuals that request their information, and peer review committees. Permits the disclosure of de-identified information for research purposes.
