Data retention
Requires the Board of Pharmacy to retain prescription drug monitoring program records for three years following the record date and to retain records of access to program information for three years following the date of access. Requires the Board to delete information that is older than three years on a semiannual basis. Such deletion must occur in a manner that maintains confidentiality. Permits the Board to keep statistical data and reports for historical purposes so long the data and reports do not include personally identifiable information.
