Confidentiality in research projects
Permits researchers to access information regarding applicants or recipients of services from the Department of Human Services so long as researchers meet the specified conditions. These conditions include the researchers justifying their need for identifying information, agreeing to return the identifying information by a specific date, submitting a plan for safeguarding the identifying information, agreeing to provide the results of their project to the Social Services Board, and agreeing to withhold identifying information when publishing or releasing reports regarding their research.
