Confidentiality of records
Classifies physician health program records as confidential. Prohibits disclosure unless necessary to provide services to the physician or another provision of law permits use in a legal or administrative proceeding. Prohibits persons that handle records for administrative purposes or otherwise participate in the administration of the program from testifying about the content of program findings or proceedings.
