Confidentiality of records -- report of recipients.
Specifies the information regarding Department of Human Services program participants that the Department must keep confidential (e.g., medical and psychiatric data). Permits the disclosure of statistical information so long as no program recipients may be identified and permits the disclosure of information to public officials that need the information to administer programs.
