Confidentiality
Classifies brain and spinal cord injury registry information as confidential. Specifies the circumstances in which such information may be disclosed. (e.g. to the individual about whom the information pertains, to the individual’s guardian, to a researcher that has received ethics approval of their project and agrees to maintain the confidentiality of identifying information, etc.).
