“Confidentiality; exceptions”
 
Arizona prohibits persons that obtain communicable disease information while providing health care services from disclosing the information unless the disclosure falls into one of the specified exceptions to this prohibition. These exceptions include disclosures to persons that have a communicable disease or were tested for a communicable disease, disclosures to facilities or providers that use human body parts for education, research, or transplantation, and to insurance entities.
