Confidentiality and the Safeguarding of Information
Limits the use and disclosure of information maintained by the Department of Human Services regarding applicants and recipients of agency services, including Medicaid, to purposes associated with administering agency programs. Defines permissible Medicaid uses as including the determination of eligibility, the provision of services, and the determination of the amount of assistance.
