Charge Description Master and Estimated Revenue Increases – Cal. Health & Safety Code § 1339.55

All hospitals must file the charge description master with the Office of Statewide Planning and Development annually.  Each hospital must calculate an estimate of the percentage increase in the hospital’s gross revenue due to any price increase charges for patient services during the 12 month period.  The calculation and supporting documentation must be filed with the Office.  The Office may publish this information on its website.
