Clients of older adult daily living centers will have access to their own records and the information contained therein, unless, in the opinion of the center administrator, such access could be harmful to the health, safety or welfare of a client.  Representatives of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program may have access to a client’s records.  Client records must be kept locked when unattended.
