105. Mass. Code Regs. 302.020. - Data Collection Manual

The Congenital Abnormalities Registry must identify in a data collection manual the specific data requirements and diagnoses that are required to be reported under 105 MA ADC 302.010.   The data collection manual must be available to all physicians upon request.  The manual will be updated periodically to assure compliance with new standards.  The manual must explicitly instruct physicians that they may not collect social security numbers.  The manual should also instruct physicians how to collect data related to pregnancy loss not resulting in fetal death.
