“Penalty for Patient or Resident Abuse, Neglect, Mistreatment or Misappropriation of Patient or Resident Property by a Registered or Licensed Professional”
The Department must notify the Attorney General and the appropriate registration board of finding after investigation that a licensed professional, is responsible for patient or resident abuse, neglect, mistreatment or misappropriation of patient or resident property. These licensed professionals may be subject to disciplinary actions by their applicable registration or licensing board.
