“Evaluation of Quality”
Each program must establish an organized, comprehensive quality assurance program that is adequate to regularly review and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of care provided. The findings of the program must, as appropriate, be utilized in the revision of program policies and procedures.The medical director and rehabilitation team members must participate in this review process.Each program mustalso maintain program statistics.
