ONC and CMS Release Cures Act Final Rules on Information-Blocking, Interoperability, and Patient Access

The Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) have issued final rules implementing interoperability and patient access provisions of the bipartisan 21st Century Cures Act (Cures Act).
