Privacy and Security
The final section of the RFC is similar to the quality measures section; the committee poses several questions related to each of three broad areas and will likely use the responses it receives to develop more specific recommendations that address privacy and security issues raised in the Incentive Program.
The committee asks for input related to multi-factor provider authentication, the next logical steps following the security requirements in Stages 1 and 2, and standards for accounting for disclosures.
