PDP Regions; Submission of Bids; Plan Approval[1]

A contract entered into for fallback prescription drug plans will provide for payment of management fees tied to performance measures1 established by the Secretary, which shall include measures for quality programs, such that the entity provides enrollees with quality programs that avoid adverse drug reactions and overutilization and reduce medical errors.2
