In an effort to promote an active, informed selection among coverage options, the Secretary will provide information to current and potential Medicare beneficiaries396 about Medicare + Choice plans including plan quality and performance indicators for benefits under the plan, including information on Medicare enrollee satisfaction and information on health outcomes.397
