The Illinois program is known as Illinois Medicaid or the Illinois Medical Assistance program.  It is administered by the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services. Their website can be found here.  As of June 1, 2018, there were 2,955,500 individuals enrolled in the Illinois Medicaid program.1
