WYO. STAT. ANN. § 35-2-606 - Disclosure of health care information by hospital under the public health and safety law

A hospital may not disclose health information without a patient’s written authorization, except as authorized by WYO. STAT. ANN. § 35-2-609.
A hospital must maintain a patient’s record as well as a record of each person that received or examined the health care information therein for 3 years, except if that person was one contemplated under WYO. STAT. ANN. § 35-2-609(a)(i) through (iii) or (c), or was a third party payor. The disclosure record must include the following:
·         The information recipient’s name
·         The information recipient’s address
·         The information recipient’s institutional affiliation
·         The date
·         A description of the information disclose
