“Authority and obligations of health care providers, health care facilities, and residential care facilities regarding health care instructions under the health law”
A health care provider or facilities must not provide health care to a patient without capacity without first attempting to determine whether the patient has an advance directive. A health care provider or facilities must follow the instructions of a patient’s advance directive.
