Treatment for positive diagnosis -- Registry of cases
Requires the Department of Health to maintain a registry of metabolic and genetic disease cases. Requires the Department to notify clinicians when newborn screening results necessitate additional testing or follow up care. Specifies the circumstances in which the Department must provide medical food at no cost and when the Department may begin imposing costs.
