Requirements for Tuberculosis Data and Records
The Department shall maintain a tuberculosis register system and conduct epidemiologic studies prevalence, prevention, treatment, and cure for tuberculosis within the state. The Department shall compile this data and keep a record of it in order to effectually combat the disease.
