The Arizona health care cost containment system administration must enter into contracts to provide services for the seriously mentally ill. These services must include coordinated screening and intake, coordinated delivery, coordinated case management, and individualized treatment planning.  The administration must provide a continuum of services (e.g., home-based services, partial care services, transportation) and allow families to participate in planning and selecting services.
