“Posting requirement under the hospitals and sanitaria law”
A residential care or health care facility must conspicuously post in a public area the following:
- A description of complaint procedures; and
- A copy of the notice of any pending hearing or order pertaining to the residential care or health care facility issued by the commissioner of health or a court.
