Revised Statutes of the State of New Hampshire § 417:10

“Orders and penalty under the insurance law”

After a hearing, any health insurer found to have committed an unfair method of competition or any unfair or deceptive act or practice may have its license suspended, revoked, or not renewed by the insurance commissioner. The health insurer may also be penalized up to $2,500 for each violation.
