Reporting requirements - immunity
Requires health care providers, persons that test, treat, or diagnose STDs in institutions or clinics, and laboratories to report STDs to the Department of Public Health and Environment or their local public health agency. Specifies the information that must be included (e.g., name, test results, provider that ordered the testing, etc.). Provides immunity to persons that comply in good faith with the reporting requirements for liability arising out of their compliance.
