Requires HEALTH CHECK providers to comply with the record keeping requirements established in 048.0037.3 Wyo. Code R. § 7 (establishes standards for record retention and record access). Requires HEALTH CHECK providers to document their provision of all required EPSDT services in the recipient’s medical record.
