Provider Records 
 
Requires Medicaid providers to maintain medical and financial records for the longer of at least six years after the end of the Wyoming fiscal year during which they received payment for services or the conclusion of an investigation or proceeding in which the records are relevant. Requires Medicaid providers to permit appropriate state and federal government officials to inspect financial or medical records. Declares that a Medicaid provider’s failure to provide access to financial or medical records will result in suspension of their Medicaid payments and a requirement to repay payments supported by the records that the provider refuses to disclose.
