“Sanctions under the governing board of occupational therapists”
The governing board of occupational therapists is authorized to use the following disciplinary measures to sanction misconduct:
- License revocation;
- License suspension;
- Require an occupational therapist to be supervised by a licensed occupational therapist; and
- The imposition of an administrative fine up to $1,000.
