“Prohibition against use of genetic information and requests for genetic testing under the insurance department regulations”
A Medicare supplement issuer must not deny or condition the issuance of a policy, including the imposition of exclusions, or discriminate in the pricing of the policy based on an individual’s preexisting conditions or genetic information.
