“Reporting of newborn hearing screening information to EHDI under the division of public health services regulations”
Within two weeks of testing, individuals conducting newborn hearing screening and diagnostic hearing evaluations must report the test results and the newborn’s demographic information to the Department of Health and Human Services’ early hearing detection and intervention (EHDI) program.
