“Sexual conduct as unprofessional conduct under the board of chiropractic examiners regulation”
Engaging in sexual conduct with a patient constitute unprofessional conduct unless the chiropractor and a patient entered into a sexual or marital relationship before they entered into a chiropractor and patient relationship.
