“Misconduct under the board of acupuncture licensing regulation”

A chiropractor is guilty of misconduct for a variety of grounds including:

  • Failing to comply with legal requirements relating to patient records;
  • Engaging in any act that harms the health or safety of patient;
  • Mental or physical and competence to practice chiropractic; and
  • Any unprofessional conduct including disrespecting a patient, engaging in sexual conduct with a patient, and professional dishonesty.
