Under the Medicaid False Claims Act, a person who solicits, offers or receives a bribe in connection with services rendered under Medicaid or a person who makes or receives the payment, is guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than 4 years or by a maximum fine of $30,000, or both.
