Medical, Financial, and Patient Records
Requires Medicaid providers to maintain records in accordance with 048.0037.3 Wyo. Code R. § 7 and authorizes the Department of Health to access records as provided in that section. States that providers who refuse to provide access to their records will immediately have their Medicaid payments suspended and have to repay payments they received in reliance on the records they refuse to produce.
