Md. Code Ann., Ins. § 2-202 - Discrimination in underwriting and rate-setting practices

The Maryland Insurance Administration is responsible for enforcing state laws related to underwriting or rate-setting practices of an insurer. The Commission on Civil Rights has concurrent jurisdiction with the Insurance Commissioner over an allegation that an insurer discriminated based on race, creed, color, or national origin.
