Liason Services
 
Defines “liaison service” as the coordination of client care by the Wyoming State Hospital and community mental health program as a means of preventing inappropriate admissions and for planning post-discharge care. Requires mental health programs that provide liaison services to assess whether admission to an inpatient program is appropriate for a client, provide the client and their family with support and information services while they are receiving inpatient treatment, and create a treatment plan.
