Immunization Data
Authorizes the Department of Health to establish an immunization information system and to require the reporting of immunization information to the Department. Requires providers to report immunizations to the Department upon administering them to children; such reports may be made electronically. Permits schools, early childhood facilities, health care providers, and public health officials to exchange immunization data. Limits this exchange to the date and type of immunization administered.
