Idaho Code Ann. § 57-1706, Confidentiality

Requires the Department of Health and Welfare to maintain the confidentiality of identifying  information maintained in the central cancer registry. Permits the Department to enter into information sharing agreements with other state cancer registries and to provide confidential information to other registries, federal cancer programs, and health researchers. Clarifies that disclosure of confidential information for research purposes must be done in compliance with the Department’s policies and protocols.
