A hospital or health care facility must provide to the Secretary of Children, Youth and Families, information about its financial viability, sustainability, and possible impact on health care access. This information must be confidential, unless disclosure is required by state or federal law. The hospital or health care facility must provide this information to the Secretary at least 60 days before the licensure, closure, or acquisition of the facility.
