Gulf war syndrome registry - creation - reporting
Requires the Department of Public Health and Environment to create a gulf war syndrome registry to house data regarding veterans affected by the syndrome and children with cancer or birth defects who have at least one parent that served in the gulf war. Requires primary care providers to report patients to the registry if they are a veteran who might have been exposed to a causative agent while serving in the gulf war. Specifies the information that providers must report (e.g., symptoms, diagnoses, treatment methods, etc.).
