Grievance
 
Requires agencies that provide behavioral health services pursuant to contracts with the Department of Human Services to establish procedures for receiving and resolving grievances. Requires agencies to designate a representative to handle grievances, to provide patients with information regarding the grievance procedures, to maintain grievance records, and to annually report grievance data to the Department.
