“Language used in contracts and advertisements; translations under the Prepaid Limited Health Service Organization Act of Florida”
All contracts or form by a prepaid limited health organization or discount medical plan organization must be printed in English. If the negotiations of a contract are conducted in a language other than English, the contract must be translated into the enrollee’s language.
