“Emergency examination and treatment of incapacitated persons under the Raymond H. Alexander, M.D., Emergency Medical Transportation Services Act”

An emergency medical technician, paramedic, physician, advanced nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or any other person may not be sued for providing medical care to a patient with the patient’s informed consent if the medical care was provided for an emergency medical condition.
