“Disciplinary guidelines; range of penalties; aggravating and mitigating circumstances under the Department of Health regulations”
The Board of Pharmacy may discipline and fine pharmacists for a variety of grounds including:
- Being unfit or incompetent to practice pharmacy;
- Selling or dispensing drugs without a prescription;
- Engaging in prohibited rebate scheme; and
- Filing a false report of failing to file a report required by law.
