Epidemic and communicable diseases - powers and duties of department - rules - definitions
Grants the Department of Public Health and Environment authority to investigate epidemics and communicable diseases. Requires the Department to establish rules that identify the diseases and conditions that are dangerous to public health. Authorizes the Department to require reporting of these diseases and conditions and to access medical records while investigating reports.
