Disciplinary procedure,
Permits the State Board of Dental Examiners to convene a complaint committee to investigate allegations against dentists. Authorizes the committee to access patient records while conducting their investigation. Classifies patient records and information obtained by the committee as confidential. Requires the Board to notify dentists upon determining that there are grounds for a disciplinary action. Permits the Board to informally resolve complaints.
