Del. Code Ann. tit. 18, § 6412 - Confidentiality of health information

Every managed care organization must keep enrollees and applicants’ health information confidential. Managed care organizations may not disclose health information unless: the enrollee or applicant consents to the disclosure. Disclosure may be done without a disclosure authorization to the enrollee, applicant’s physician or pursuant to a court order.
