Confidentiality of reports -- Exceptions, 
 
Classifies communicable disease reports as confidential medical information and prohibits disclosure, subpoena, or admission into evidence. Identifies six exceptions to this prohibition including disclosures of deidentified statistical information, disclosures in accordance with the rules regarding communicable disease investigation and prevention, and disclosures that are necessary to protect the life or health of a specific person.
